These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the LIQURSTORE website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

We reserve the right to request proof of age (e.g., NRIC, passport, or other government-issued photo ID) at any time — including at the point of delivery. If satisfactory proof cannot be provided, we will refuse to complete the delivery, and no refund will be issued for perishable or opened goods.
In accordance with the Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) (Liquor Licensing) Regulations (amended January 2024), supplying liquor to persons under 18 via online channels carries a fine of up to S$10,000. We take this obligation seriously.

  2. Products & Pricing
    4.1 Product Information
    We take care to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free. Alcohol content (ABV), volume, vintage, and label design may vary from batch to batch and from what is depicted on the website.

4.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.

4.3 Availability
All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you by email and offer you a suitable alternative or a full refund.

  1. Orders & Payment
    5.1 Order Placement
    An order is placed when you click ‘Confirm Order’ or equivalent at checkout. We will send you an order confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgement, not acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order.

5.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• PayNow
• GrabPay
• Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) options where offered (e.g., Atome)

    We deliver to addresses within Singapore only. We do not offer international shipping. Certain remote areas or restricted zones (e.g., military installations, selected Jurong/TUAS addresses) may have extended delivery times or may not be serviceable.

6.2 Delivery Times
Estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout and in your order confirmation. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6.3 Delivery Hours & Legal Restrictions
In accordance with the Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) Act, we comply with all applicable restrictions on the timing of alcohol delivery. Deliveries to public places are not made after 10:30 pm. Residential deliveries may continue beyond this time, subject to our operational hours and driver availability.

6.4 Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails because:
• No one is present at the delivery address;
• The recipient cannot produce valid ID upon request;
• The address provided is incorrect;
— then a re-delivery fee may apply. We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee for failed deliveries.

6.5 Risk & Title
Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the specified address.

    LIQURSTORE promotes responsible consumption of alcohol. We do not condone excessive drinking. By purchasing from us, you agree to consume alcohol responsibly and in accordance with Singapore law and public health guidance.
  2. Promotions & Discounts
    Promotions, discount codes, and loyalty rewards are subject to individual terms and conditions displayed with each offer. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice.
  3. Intellectual Property
