Macallan Harmony Intense Arabica ✓ Natural Colour The second release of the Macallan Harmony range, this expression is inspired by the Ethiopian Arabica coffee bean. This whisky has been matured in sherry seasoned casks. The carton and label of this bottling is made from the discarded husks of coffee beans, and the red colour is inspired by the skin of the fruit of the coffee plant, known as cascara. Official Tasting Notes Nose – Tiramisu, cappuccino, gingerbread, raisins, almonds, sweet oak, vanilla. Palate – Espresso, dark chocolate, raisins, tiramisu, blackberry, vanilla, Brasil nut, sweet oak. Finish – Long, dark roast coffee, balanced and sweet.
